ESITTELY:
The District Heating and Cooling research programme, in collaboration with other building related programmes all operating under the auspices of the International Energy Agency (IEA), is pleased to announce this forthcoming event focusing on District Heating Futures. Themes that will be examined include both existing and newly-built environments, integration of renewable energy and thermal storage.
We look forward to welcoming you to Finland!
Who should attend:
- researchers working with district heating related issues
- company representatives who want to know about the current R&D possibilities
- members of the Project Groups and Experts Groups of building related programmes including IEA-DH&C, IEA-ECB&CS, IEA-DSM and IEA-Storage
- all those involved with local and national energy strategies
- people interested in energy related R&D, especially heating

Registration and registration fee
The registration fee for the 2-day work shop is 90 € (+ VAT 22 %). The registration fee covers the materials, meals and transportation mentioned in the programme. Registration sould be done by Aug 26th 2009.
PARALLEL EVENT: Sitra Low2No Launch Event
There is also a possibility to attend in Sitra Low2No Launch Event on Tuesday 1st September 14.00-17.00. Event is arranged in Wanha Satama, Helsinki. More information from website below. Registrations are asked by 24th August.
